What age range of children will most appreciate TLC shows? 

From about age ~2 to 8. My programming is tailor-made to best fit the age range of the children in your group. Older siblings are welcome. 

What is the maximum number of attendees on Zoom? 

Group Shows: 12 children. 

Birthday Hello: 1 child (the birthday child). 

Any grown-ups, such as parents or grandparents, are very welcome to watch/participate from the same device as the child! But please try to avoid joining Zoom from multiple devices, as this increases the number of “tiles” on the Zoom party - making it difficult for the children to interact and see one another.

What software and tech setup is needed to participate on Zoom? 

1. Laptop or desktop computer. (These are preferable to tablets, pads, and smartphones because the latter have smaller screens that make participation difficult, and reduce the sense of community connection). 

2. Stable internet connection. 

3. Familiarity with how to click on a Zoom link, turn on your own video, and mute/unmute yourself.

4. Good speakers. The Zoom show will only sound as good as the speakers you use! Computer speakers tend to be tinny. Try connecting to external speakers, such as with a bluetooth connection.

Can we get a group photo on our Zoom show? 

If your group has signed recording consent forms, then yes! Stills (photographs) of your recording can be made. There is no extra fee for recording or stills. Please keep in mind that the recording occurs in Zoom and therefore the quality will not be as crystal clear as a smartphone video. Your recording and stills will be available within a week after your scheduled event.

What is the cancellation policy on show bookings? 

Full refunds for cancellations made 4+ days before the scheduled event.  

Half refunds for cancellations made 2-3 days before the scheduled event.  

No refunds for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled event. 

Eep! I need to reschedule my show booking! Can I do this? How? 

Yes! You can reschedule by cancelling your current booking and choosing a new date. To do this, go to the confirmation email you received when you made your original booking. Within that email click on the link to reschedule. Please note that rescheduling is cancelling and re-booking, and therefore our cancellation policy applies:
